Toby Keith’s daughter Krystal is celebrating fulfilling her late father’s lifelong dream by having one of his horses, Render Judgment, race in the 2025 Kentucky Derby. Krystal announced the exciting news on Instagram on Sunday (April 27), saying “Toby will have the best seat in the house” as he cheers on his horse from Heaven. Toby Keith pursued his love of horse racing for over 30 years, with Krystal revealing, “My dad could never decide which passion was greater, music or horse racing.” Render Judgment qualified for the prestigious event at the last moment, being among the 20 horses selected to compete in the Derby out of over 20,000 eligible racehorses. “Our horse Render Judgment made it yesterday just hours before the post position drawing. What an incredible journey we’ve been on to get here.
