The Ellen DeGeneres Show is known for surprising people in great ways. Kenny Chesney helped with a BIG surprise for a 6-year-old fan on the show last Friday (10/28).

Ellen had Macey Hensley on her show. Macey is a 6-year-old presidential expert. She discussed the upcoming election with the talk show host and got to show off her amazing knowledge of presidential history when Ellen sent her to Country Stampede in Kansas where she participated in a game-show-style contest with adults, and easily beat them!

She also got to meet Dierks Bentley, go on stage with him and impressed him with her amazing presidential knowledge.

Being a fan of country music, she told Ellen that she was going to be “George Strait” for Halloween. When Ellen asked her to sing her favorite Kenny Chesney song the singer himself came walking out on the set behind her.

Kenny sat down with Macey and offered to take her and her family to the 50th CMA Awards Wednesday, November 2nd in Nashville. I’m sure Ellen will have video of Macey’s adventures at the awards show to share with everybody.
