Yesterday was a bad day, Friends. In a year where so many icons have passed away, golfing legend Arnold Palmer, all-star Major League pitcher José Fernández, and actor Bill Nunn all died yesterday.

Palmer was in Pittsburgh, PA hospital awaiting surgery when he died last night at the age of 87. Known as “The King”, he won 7 major golf championships and without him, the sport of golf is no where close to the money maker it is now.

Actor Bill Nunn was not a huge star, but there is a pretty good chance you knew who he was, without knowing who he was. Nunn played ‘Radio Raheem’ in Spike Lee’s “Do the Right Thing”. He also had a part in the Spider Man movies of the early 2000’s. He had been battling cancer.

The most shocking death yesterday was the passing of Fernández, a 24 year old Starting Pitcher for the Miami Marlins, who died as a result of a boating accident in Miami that also killed two others. He was widely considered one of the best players in the Majors.

These three join the long list of deaths from the Entertainment world this year which, just name a few, includes: Gene Wilder, Kenny Baker (R2-D2 from Star Wars), Gordie Hawl, Muhammad Ali, Prince, David Bowie, Glenn Frey, and Alan Rickman.

That’s it, 2016! No more!
