Dierks Bentley has a new music video for his latest song “Different For Girls” featuring Elle King and it pulls at your heart.

The song explores the darker side or relationships … breaking up. It puts the light on the differences there are between guys and girls when it comes to dealing with a break up.

The music video for the song takes the lyrics and puts visualizations that match the message. However, as the music video shows, sometimes the way guys deal with break ups is a lot more like girls when they are not where their friends can see them in public.

The whole music video is black and white which adds to the heartbreaking ambiance of the song. I’m sure for most who watch the music video for “Different For Girls” by Dierks Bentley featuring Elle King there will be some not so fond memories of personal experiences that parallel the video.
