Brad Paisley surprised fans at his concert last Friday (5/20) when he brought out pop star Demi Lovato to perform their new duet “Without A Fight.”

Just a couple of weeks ago Brad released the lead single from a forthcoming new album that features Demi.

Brad’s “2016 Life Amplified World Tour” made its second stop at the Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Irvine, California last Friday night. The audience at that show was treated to the first first live concert performance of “Without A Fight” by the two artists that recorded it in the studio.

After the show, Brad posted the picture above on Instagram along with the message, “Surprise! First performance ever of #WithoutAFight tonight in Irvine CA with @ddlovato ! Incredible.”

Brad posted a second picture on Instagram of the two onstage together with the message, “As far as this tour goes, you made my year tonight @ddlovato & it’s only the 2nd show! Thanks for being here.” You can see the second picture here.

After the show, Brad also posted a video of the performance on his Facebook page.
