Last night (5/3) was the Top 10 Live Elimination Show on season 10 of The Voice when the Top 9 was revealed as well as a special performance for next week’s show.
The one-hour episode revealed the eight artists that America voted through to the Top 9 and then the bottom two in votes sang for the Twitter Save.
The artists that were voted through were:
Team Blake
Adam Wakefield
Mary Sarah
Paxton Ingram
Team Xtina
Alisan Porter
Bryan Bautista
Team Adam
Laith Al-Saadi
Shalyah Fearing
Team Pharrell
Hannah Huston
That left Team Xtina’s Nick Hagelin and Team Pharrell’s Daniel Passino to sing for the Twitter Save.
After the five-minute Twitter Save period ended it was Nick Hagelin advancing to the Top 9 on The Voice season 10 for Team Xtina.
Just minutes after the show, Blake Shelton posted the following message on Twitter:
SOOO…. I’m performing next week on @NBCTheVoice. I’m performing with @gwenstefani. We’re performing a song off my album we wrote together!

One can only deduce that song will be “Go Ahead And Break My Heart” which was recently confirmed as being on that new album If I’m Honest from Blake that will drop May 20th.
I can’t wait to hear this writing and singing collaboration between Blake and Gwen Stefani. How about you?
