Quincy Jones has a dream to be a successful comedienne. He was diagnosed with terminal  cancer and ‘Ellen’ caught wind his dream was to have his own comedy special. Being the great woman she is, Ellen used her connections to hook Quincy up with his own HBO Special. There is no more info on the date of the special, but I’m sure we’ll have a follow up on another Ellen episode.
