Krystal Keith is one of many women, including many celebrities, who have come under fire for posting pictures of themselves breastfeeding.

Why is Breastfeeding in public so controversial? Breastfeeding isn’t illegal, so what’s the problem? That is what breasts are naturally made for. If a bottle-fed baby can have her dinner in public, why shouldn’t a breastfed baby have the same rights? I’d rather see someone breastfeeding their baby, then hear a baby crying because it’s hungry. Babies eat alot. So, is a breastfeeding mom never supposed to leave her house until her child is old enough to eat table food? It’s crazy to think this is a real problem.

Yesterday Krystal Keith took to facebook to defend a picture she recently posted that shows her breastfeeding her son. While many of her fans were supportive, she received quite a bit of backlash from people who didn’t think it was appropriate.
