Kelsea Ballerini posted a picture with Dustin Lynch puckered up next to her cheek. Does that mean they are country music’s newest couple? Should we call them “Lyncherini”?

The two country singers were in Nashville last week for an industry event called Country Radio Seminar (CRS). Kelsea posted the picture above to her Instagram account along with the message, “CRS-ing with @dustinlynchmusic.” That started massive speculation about the relationship between the two country music stars.

So, what does Kelsea have to say about Dustin? “He is so cute, Dustin’s so cute,” she says, but continues, “Me and Dustin are buddies and it’s so funny I have always posted pictures with like my friends and stuff and all of a sudden that one just…that one just went, but no we’re not dating.”

What do the two think about the whirlwind of dating speculation the picture caused? “Fans were freaking out and me and him we’re like, ‘Why all of a sudden are we Lyncherini?’ Like how did that happen?” Kelsea shares.

She again reiterated that they are just good friends adding about the whole situation the photo caused, “We got a kick out of it, we thought it was super funny.”

Perhaps the two should do a song together now to fuel more rumors of a romance. You know what they say, “Any Press Is Good Press.”
