This week both Old Dominion and Florida Georgia Line claim number one songs on the country singles charts!

The five members of the group Old Dominion are Matthew Ramsey, Trevor Rosen, Whit Sellers, Geoff Sprung and Brad Tursi. They are all singer-songwriters and have written hit songs that made it to #1 for other artists. However, this week they get to celebrate a number one song of their very own!

The advanced Billboard Country Radio Airplay chart is out and their song “Break Up With Him” has reached the #1 spot giving the band their first personal chart topper! The song is from their debut album Meat and Candy which is available everywhere.

Florida Georgia Line’s latest single is the title track of their second studio album Anything Goes. The advanced Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles chart is out and it is “Anything Goes” from Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard that has reached the top spot on that chart for this week.

This #1 single marks the ninth consecutive number one song for Florida Georgia Line since they released their very first single in 2012, the mega-hit #1 song “Cruise.” Every single the duo has released has become a number one single.

If you are keeping track, that would be five #1 songs from their debut album Here’s To The Good Times and now four #1 songs from their second studio album Anything Goes.

Congratulations to Old Dominion on their first #1 song “Break Up With Him” and to Florida Georgia Line on their ninth #1 song “Anything Goes”!
