If you watch TV you know the chances of Blake Shelton appearing are pretty good. He’s just confirmed with buddy Luke Bryan that they’ll be back to host the ACM awards and he’ll be smack dab in another run of ‘The Voice’ and he and Ashley Monroe have been in a Pepsi commercial singing their hit ‘Lonely Tonight’ and speaking of Ashley Monroe, how she was asked to sing on the song was a fun story.

She received a text from Blake Shelton asking her to sing on an upcoming song, but was told there was one stipulation she has to like the song. Ashley told cmt.com;

All I could think of was man I really hope I like the song

She ended up loving it and ‘Lonely Tonight’ has sold over 227,00 copies so far and has peaked at number five on the charts. I think having Blake Shelton perform her wedding ceremony has proved to be good luck for Ashley Monroe.
