Brad Paisley blew into the #1 spot on the Billboard Country Radio Airplay chart to be the first chart topper of 2015 on the chart with “Perfect Storm.”

Tim McGraw’s “Shotgun Rider” had the honor of being the final #1 single of 2014 on both the Billboard Country Radio Airplay chart and the Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles chart. The advanced charts are out and Tim held on to be the first #1 on the Country Aircheck singles chart.

However, Brad was able to ride the storm surge to the top of the Billboard chart to earn the honor of being the first chart topper on the chart. The single becomes his 23rd #1 single of his career. “Perfect Storm is from Brad’s latest album Moonshine In The Trunk available everywhere now.

The final leg of Brad’s “Country Nation World Tour presented by KRAFT Cheese” will kick off January 17th in Morgantown, West Virginia and continue through March with special guests Parmalee and The Swon Brothers opening the shows. The closest tour stop to those of us in Central Illinois will be the stop February 5th at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
