Last night (10/5) the Blind Auditions came to an end for season nine of “The Voice” as the coaches filled their teams including Blake Shelton who added two final artists.

Orem, Utah native Dustin Christensen sand “Downtown Train” and his version motivated all four coaches to press their buttons. While all of the coaches gave great pitches for Dustin to join their teams, it was Blake that went just a little farther with his pitch that may have been the reason Dustin choose to join Team Blake.

With just one spot left on his team, Blake Shelton pushed his button for alternative rock singer Blain Mitchell as he sang the song “Drops Of Jupiter.” Gwen Stefani also turned for Blain. However, while talking with Blain it was discovered that the Fort Worth, Texas boy played at Cowboys where Blake has also played. The connection was made and Blain choose Blake as his coach.
