Brad Paisley has his very own mascot and he gets into the action in his new music video for his song “Country Nation.”
The new single from Brad salutes both the blue collar working class of America as well as the college teams that those factory workers, farmers and other hard-working men and women support. Brad was able to get some of the mascots from those universities to be a part of the new music video. Brad just happens to have his very own mascot as well. So, all the mascots get together to play some football.
Brad helped kickoff the college football season with ESPN’s College GameDay program on opening weekend of the football season.
He also played four free concerts at major universities for what he called his “Country Nation College Tour” that were attended by more than 65,000 fans. Because of the success of those four shows to help promote the new single, Brad has added five more dates to that “Country Nation College Tour.” The concerts will include opening act Eric Paslay and will stop at Florida State University on October 8th; Auburn University on October 9th; Wake Forest University on October 10th; the University of Georgia on October 15th; and the University of South Carolina on October 16th. More details about these shows will be released in the coming weeks.
Brad will once again be joining Carrie Underwood as the co-hosts of the 49th CMA Awards Show which will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena Wednesday, November 4th 7:00-10:00 PM central time on the ABC Television Network.
