The United States Postal Service (USPS) is honoring the Entertainment Icon Betty White with her very own stamp.
Last Friday (11/15) the USPS announced their first new designs for stamps that will come out next year. America’s Golden Girl Betty White was among those revealed.
The announcement by the USPS states that Betty, “shared her wit and warmth with viewers for seven decades.” They added that she, “gained younger generations of fans as she entered her 90s, was also revered as a compassionate advocate for animals.”
Betty passed away December 31st, 2021, almost three years ago. She missed celebrating her 100th birthday by just 18 days.
