Yellowstone is ending later this year after the second half of season five airs. There are new reports that the next spinoff has a new title and potential new stars being considered.

The next chapter of the Yellowstone story had been reported to be named 2024. That would follow suit with the prequels of the series that have already taken place 1883 and 1923. However, TVLine reports that the new spinoff will be called The Madison.

The show will reportedly follow Stacy Clyburn, the matriarch of a wealthy family, as they move to Montana from New York City. The relocation follows the loss of Stacy’ husband and brother-in-law in a plane crash.

Reports are that Kurt Russell, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Patrick J. Adams are in talks to join the cast with production scheduled to begin later this month. Previous reports were that some of the current cast of Yellowstone will transition to the new series. There were also previous rumors that Matthew McConaughey could be a part of the series.

No further details have been revealed about the previously reported Yellowstone spinoffs 1944 or 6666 at this time.
