Damar Hamlin wants to challenge YOU and some GOAT’s to join him for his “3 For Heart CPR Challenge.”
Damar is calling on some help from LeBron James, Tom Brady and Michelle Obama and challenging them in a video on social media to help bring awareness to CPR training and education, in partnership with the American Heart Association.
As you know, a month ago, Damar received life saving CPR on the field after suffering a cardiac arrest during the game. Damar has announced the “3 For Heart CPR Challenge” on his socials.

The Buffalo Bills also posted a 6 minute video over the weekend with a special message from Damar. He said, “I can’t tell you how appreciative I am for all the love, all the support.”
He continued, “What happened to me on ‘Monday Night Football,’ I feel, is a direct example of God using me as a vessel to share my passion and my love directly from my heart with the entire world. Now I’m able to give to kids and communities all across the world who need it the most. And that’s always been my dream.”
