Do you think you did a good job with your Christmas decorations? How do they compare to this life-sized gingerbread house?

Country Rebel reports that Kristine Lilly from Kyle, Texas began turning her home into a life-sized gingerbread house back in 2020. Since she was home with just her husband during the pandemic. Her two children were both stationed at military bases and could not come home for the holidays.

Kristine decided to decorate her home for something to do and to honor her mom’s gingerbread houses from when she was growing up.

It has become a tradition with her home transforming into the “Gingerbread House in Kyle” each year that many come to see.
