Congratulations to Leah Marlene on her American Idol journey! Did you see Bloomington-Normal on the American Idol finale last night?

We couldn’t be more proud of Leah Marlene and will continue to support her for the lifetime of music she is about to bless us with. We have no doubt that Leah will blow us away today, tomorrow, and for years to come!

I know we were all disappointed not to see Leah Marlene win the American Idol finale last night, but she has already won in SO many ways! She has an incredible family behind her every step of the way. Her mom, dad and brother love and support her through anything and everything, and she has a community that is behind her 1000%.

Leah’s journey has just begun, and she will continue to blow us away for years to come, so get ready for the ride! I hope you are ready for the shine, because it’s about to get a whole lot brighter!

When American Idol producer’s contacted me to be part of an interview segment at the radio station, I was blown away. I have been following Leah’s journey from a very young age, and have seen her play many times in town, I have also had so much fun interviewing her through her entire American Idol experience, but I was SO blessed to be a part of her journey in a way I could have never imagined…ON NATIONAL TV!

What you saw on NATIONAL TV was only a blip of the actual experience in studio with her for the entire interview, as she got to hear her song “Flowers” on the radio in her hometown for the very first time! So, now that I am allowed to share the entire interview, make sure to check the B104 facebook later today to watch that!
