Carly Pearce lives a pretty healthy lifestyle, including lots of running, working out and eating habits that closely resemble the paleo or “caveman” diet, which consists of eating only vegetables, fruits, nuts, roots, and meat and no processed foods whatsoever.
However, Carly is no different than the rest of us who have those certain foods we absolutely love and indulge in, no matter what our daily diet looks like. When Carly thought about eating any food she wanted any time if calories, fat and sugar didn’t count, she couldn’t pick just one. “Whoa … pizza, Mexican and ice-cream,” she said
And Carly’s not even picky about what versions of those things she eats. “Just any of it,” she said. “All of it. I don’t even care. I love pizza, Mexican and ice-cream.”
Since they haven’t figured out how to take the calories, fat and sugar out of her favorite foods, Carly’s food choices pretty much consist of boiled chicken (no spices), steamed broccoli or other vegetables, steamed fish and other things she knows sound pretty boring to most people.
