Apparently, the music video for “If I Was A Cowboy” by Miranda Lambert from two months ago is not the “official” music video for the song. That video has garnered over 1.7 million views on YouTube. You can see it just below.
However, Miranda has a video set to premiere on her YouTube channel tonight at 6pm that is labeled “Miranda Lambert – If I Was a Cowboy (Official Video)”. We have posted it just below so you can watch it here when it goes live.
The song about the wild west was created from a writing session Miranda had with Jesse Frazier. “We met doing the remix of “Tequila Does” and he and I just got together one day, one afternoon for a write and this is what came out of it,” she said.
Miranda has joked about Frazier’s Detroit roots and her East Texan flair being able to come together and create the song.
