Last night (5/11) the Top 17 became the Top 9 on season 20 of The Voice.

Each team had one artist that was chosen by America’s vote to advance to the Semi-Finals. The coach then chose a second artist to advance. That made eight artists for next week’s live show.

The artist with the most votes from each team that remained then performed to win the “Instant Save” to become the final artist in the Top 9.

We found out that America voted Cam Anthony through to the Semi-Finals on Team Blake. Blake then chose to keep Jordan Matthew Young on his team for next week’s live show. You can find out which other artists made it through on the other teams here.

It was revealed that Pete Mroz (Team Blake), Jose Figueroa Jr. (Team Nick), Corey Ward (Team Kelly) and Ryleigh Modig (Team Legend) would perform to win the “Instant Save.”

After the performances, Corey Ward was revealed as the winner of the “Instant Save” and got the final spot in the Top 9 for next week’s Semi-Finals.
