Last night (4/26) was the final night of the Knockout Rounds on season 20 of The Voice. What final choices did Blake Shelton make for Team Blake?
Blake had just one pair of artists that had yet to perform in the Knockout Rounds. Connor Christian picked 5 Seconds of Summer’s song “Youngblood” for his performance. Cam Anthony decided to sing “Feeling Good” by Nina Simone. Connor did very well with his performance. However, Cam’s performance was a step or two higher.
Blake chose to move forward with Cam remaining a part of Team Blake for the Live Shows. Unfortunately that meant the Connor’s time on The Voice was over.
Blake still had his “Steal” to use during the Knockouts. Kelly Clarkson paired Anna Grace with Gihanna Zoë for a Knockout Rounds battle. Anna Grace performed a unique version of The Band Perry’s “If I Die Young.” Gihanna Zoë sang P!nk’s “Glitter in the Air.” Both artists brought a different style of artistry to their performances that were equally amazing if you ask me.
The video below does not show the results of the battle as it was posted last Friday (4/23) as a teaser for last night’s episode.
Kelly chose to keep Gihanna Zoë on Team Kelly. Blake Shelton used his “Steal” to bring Anna Grace to Team Blake.
The last four performances of the night were by the artists that were “Saved” by the coaches in the Battle Rounds. The winner of the Four-Way Knockout will be revealed at the start of next week’s first Live Show of the season 20 of The Voice. No matter which team the highest vote getter among the four is on, that artist will get to perform for a chance to advance toward the finale.
