Which coaches turn their chairs for 14-year-old Carter Rubin on season 19 of The Voice?

The Long Island, New York native chose to sing Lewis Capaldi’s “Before You Go” for his Blind Audition.

John Legend pressed his button after listening for a bit. Gwen Stefani also pressed her button after Carter went big on a note in the song.

Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson did not press their buttons. However, when the performance was complete and they could see the singer they were quite shocked at his age.

John and Gwen give very strong pitches to Carter to bring him to their respective teams. We will have to watch tonight (10/26) to find out which coach he chooses. Season 19 of The Voice continues starting at 7 PM central time (8 PM eastern time) on NBC.
