Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani performed at a drive-in concert on Friday (July 24). The theater concert debuted across drive-ins across the nation.
Stefani thanked fans in an Instagram post featuring her and Blake performing “It’s My Life.”
Fans however had a lot to say about the couple’s first drive-in performance. “Great evening under the stars … thanks for a safe fun experience in a time of Covid!” one fan tweeted. Another showed love for the couple’s performance tweeting, “It was such an awesome show!! Loved the combination of your songs with Blake’s.”
Although most fans loved the performance others felt that Gwen has strayed too far away from her No Doubt roots, “This is so disrespectful. You’re not No Doubt. You should sing only your solo songs. God. (rolling eyes emoji)” “Country isn’t your tea kid,” another fan commented.
