A rare solar eclipse will be taking place this weekend – although you likely won’t be able to see it.
The Annular Solar Eclipse will create a ‘ring of fire‘ effect, as the moon blocks out 99.4% of the sun, leaving only a faint circle of the outer rim visible.
The June 21st eclipse will only be visible in parts of Africa, Pakistan, India, and China. But the rest of us can watch it via a YouTube livestream, with the eclipse taking place at roughly 1am EST Sunday morning.
