Luke Bryan skipped this year’s CMA Awards Show. Fans noticed and are wondering why?
Luke was noticeably absent from the list of nominees for the 53rd CMA Awards when they were revealed. He was also noticeably absent from the audience at the actual event.
CountryLiving.com noted some fans posted their disappointment on Twitter at not seeing one of country music’s biggest stars in the audience or performing during what is touted as “Country Music’s Biggest Night.”

It seems people want to know why Luke skipped the CMA Awards. Was it in protest over not getting any nominations? Was it because he just wanted to spend time with his family for a change?
The way I look at it is this … You know a singer is a massive star when that star not being at an event is noticed by fans.
