We know lots of kids who love the American Girl dolls, and now the dolls are representing kids with disabilities, as the catalog now features 4 year old Ivy Kimble, who has Down Syndrome.
Ivy’s mom said this was such an exciting time for the entire family, and anyone with a disability to see themselves being represented in the media, and on the cover of the American Girl catalog.
Ivy is the most adorable thing in her pigtails and matching red dress with her dolly, and we couldn’t be happier for her!
