The annual B104-Radio Bloomington Radiothon for St. Jude was another huge success because of YOU!

This year marks the 10th year that B104 and Radio Bloomington has spent two days raising awareness and money for the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. That simple mission is to ensure that no child dies in the dawn of life. However, the process of reaching that goal is anything but simple.

We asked you to join the fight by becoming a Partner In Hope. The money that you pledged to the fight not only goes to the research that St. Jude does to ultimately end the loss of any child to cancer and other deadly diseases, it also goes to treating those children that are currently fighting these diseases and those who will fight for their lives in the future.

Remember that 75% of the daily cost of more than $2 million to operate St. Jude comes from people just like you that chose to become a part of the St. Jude family. That money benefits not only families across the country and around the world, but it also helps many families right here in central Illinois as you heard from them directly over the last couple of days. One of the most amazing things that St. Jude does is not charging families for saving their children. That’s right, NO FAMILY EVER RECEIVES A BILL FROM ST. JUDE.
