The Knockout Rounds continued on season 13 of The Voice last night (11/6). What choices did Blake Shelton make for Team Blake?

Blake’s first pairing of the evening was Anna Catherine DeHart against Mitchell Lee. Anna Catherine gave herself quite a challenge as she chose to perform the song “Breathe” by Faith Hill. This was a big task for the country music hopeful. She did a decent job, but to be honest it is hard to shine on this song that was performed so perfectly by Faith Hill.

Mitchell picked Edwin McCain’s song “I’ll Be” for his performance. Mitchell put his personal style on the song and really gave a great performance of the song.

The decision was somewhat tough, but it was also somewhat obvious that Mitchell had won the Knockout and Blake agreed as he kept Mitchell on Team Blake moving to the playoffs.

The other Knockout Round pairing from Team Blake was between Katherina Feigh and Keisha Renee.

Katherina picked the Alicia Keys song “Girl On Fire” for her performance. Katherina proved that dynamite does indeed come in small packages! She belted out an amazing rendition of the song.

Keisha chose the Lee Ann Womack mega-hit song “I Hope You Dance.” Keisha infused the song with soul and feelings from start to finish. Her voice and style definitely shined during the performance.

It was a tight battle and a tough decision for Blake to make. He decided to keep Keisha Renee on Team Blake moving forward.

The Knockout Rounds come to an end tonight on The Voice Season 13 starting at 7 PM central time (8 PM eastern time) on NBC.
