Last night (10/23) the Battle Rounds continued on The Voice Season 13 and Blake Shelton had to choose what artists to keep on Team Blake moving forward on the show.

Blake paired Red Marlow with Ryan Scripps for his first Battle Round performance of the evening. Red has a bit more of a 90’s country style while Ryan sounds more along the contemporary country style to his singing. Blake had them team up on the iconic Nitty Gritty Dirt Band song “Fishin’ In The Dark.” Watch below as both artists do a great job on the song and leave Blake with a very tough decision.

Blake chose to keep Red on Team Blake heading to the next round of competition and I was a bit surprised that none of the other coaches stole Ryan.

In a montage video we found out that Blake paired Anna Catherine Dehart with Kristi Hoopes on the song “Independence Day” by Martina McBride. Blake made the choice to move forward with Anna Catherine.

You can see where all of the teams stand at the official website of The Voice here.

Tonight (10/24) the Battle Rounds come to an end. Heading into tonight’s episode Blake has one pair left to perform for Team Blake and he is the only coach with a “Steal” remaining. It will be interesting to see the final Team Blake battle and which artist Blake uses that last “Steal” for. We will find out when The Voice starts at 7:00 PM central time (8:00 eastern time) on NBC.
