Justin Moore has reached the #1 spot of the country singles charts with his latest single “Somebody Else Will.”

It took awhile between chart toppers for the Arkansas country music star, but the advanced release of the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts has Justin Moore at number one on both charts for this week.

The song is the second single from Justin’s #1 country album Kinda Don’t Care. The first single from the project is titled “You Look Like I Need A Drink” and it reached the #1 spot on the country radio airplay singles charts the week of September 26, 2016. That makes it almost a year between chart toppers for Justin.

What does Justin think about his latest number one song? “’Somebody Else Will’ may be my favorite song I’ve ever recorded, which is saying something,” he confesses. “When we heard the demo we thought, man that could be a hit record. And when we went in and recorded it we said, this may be the biggest record I’ve ever recorded.”

What was it about the song that drew him to the song? “It’s just fun,” Justin explains, “It’s kind of got an R&B kind of groove to it, which is something I’ve never done in the past.”

This song becomes Justin’s seventh career number one single.

Congratulations to Justin Moore on his #1 song “Somebody Else Will.” Hopefully the next one won’t take as long to get to the top of the charts.
