Join B104 and the Bloomington Police Department for the annual Cop On Top event at Dunkin’ Donuts for Special Olympics Illinois.

On Wednesday (6/10), for the 13th year B104 personalities will join Sergeant Todd Keil and Officer Bill Wright on the roof of the Dunkin’ Donuts on East Oakland Ave. in Bloomington to raise money and awareness for the annual Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics Illinois.

You can lend your support by coming by while we broadcast from 6am to 6pm and make a donation that will go to this amazing organization helping out the athletes of Special Olympics.

Every person who makes a donation will receive a certificate for a Free donut. Additional gifts for donation amounts are:
$5 – Torch Run lapel pin
$10 – Stainless steel Torch Run coffee mug with a certificate for a free medium coffee
$15 – Torch Run hat or t-shirt

We will also be auctioning off some great items with all the money going to Special Olympics Illinois. Here are the items and what hour they will be auctioned off.

  • 7am – Autographed Chicago Blackhawks Hockey Stick, Puck and 8×10 photo of Brian Bickell.
  • 8am – St Louis Cardinals Package (Tickets, On field before game, etc)
  • 9am – 2-tickets to Shania Twain “Rock This Country” tour (Peoria Civic Center September 29th)
  • 11am – Cardinals Package (Tickets, on field before game etc…)
  • 1pm – 4-tickets to Lake Shake Festival in Chicago featuring Brad Paisley, Dierks Bentley & Florida Georgia Line (3-day fest 6/19-6/21)
  • 3pm – Cardinals Package (Tickets, on field before game etc..)
  • 4pm – Chicago Blackhawks Autographed Marian Hossa Jersey

Each item will be put on the block at the beginning of the hour listed above. We will take bids on the items at the B104 Studio through our listener line at 309-821-1041. At the end of the hour the person with the highest bid will win that auction item for the donation amount they bid.

Whether you help by making a bid on an auction item, donating to get a hat, t-shirt, coffee mug or lapel pin or you simply come by and make a fifty cent donation to get a free donut; it will all add up to benefit Special Olympics Illinois. So, please stop by Dunkin Donuts on East Oakland Ave. between 6am and 6pm tomorrow (Wed., 6/10) and make a donation to the Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics Illinois with the Bloomington PD and Bloomington-Normal’s #1 Country, B104!
