Last night (5/22) the Final Four on The Voice Season 12 performed for the season finale to find out who will win.
Each artist sang a cover song, a duet with their respective coach and an original song. The goal of course was to motivate enough viewers to vote for them in any and all of the methods so that they can be declared the winner of The Voice Season 12.
Battling for the win are two artists on Blake Shelton‘s team Aliyah Moulden and Lauren Duski, Alicia Keys’ artist Chris Blue and Adam Levine’s Jesse Larson. Gwen Stefani unfortunately had both of her remaining artists eliminated last week from the competition.
The only method of voting that we can see is the iTunes sales. So, how did the Final Four do in sales on iTunes? Let’s take a look at the performances from last night posted in the order that they were ranked on iTunes at the end of voting at 11:00 AM central time…
(Rank – Artist Name – Team)
#1 – Lauren Duski – Team Blake
#2 – Lauren Duski – Team Blake
#3 – Chris Blue – Team Alicia
#5 – Jesse Larson – Team Adam
#7 – Aliyah Moulden – Team Blake
#9 – Chris Blue – Team Alicia
#19 – Lauren Duski with Blake Shelton
#20 – Chris Blue with Alicia Keys
#28 – Jesse Larson – Team Adam
#29 – Jesse Larson with Adam Levine
#44 – Aliyah Moulden – Team Blake
#45 – Aliyah Moulden with Blake Shelton
Again, I will remind you that this is just one of the methods of voting. That means (as often id the case) the actual overall results can be quite different from the iTunes rankings.
There are no more Twitter saves, coaches saves or anything like that. The votes are the votes and that is it.
We will have to tune in tonight at a special time starting at 8:00 PM central time (9:00 PM eastern time) to the live results show for the season finale for The Voice Season 12 to find out who wins it all!
