Carrie Underwood talked with People magazine during her photo shoot for her Calia clothing line and talked about juggling motherhood with her busy life.

The photo shoot for Calia had Carrie showing off her post-baby body as she wore some of the clothing in the new women’s fitness line. The country music superstar revealed that working out since her son Isaiah Michael was born has been challenging; “Having a baby definitely changes your routine, and I have to work around his schedule,” she adds, “Whenever he goes to sleep, I do the things I need to do for myself and make workouts happen when they can.”

Carrie says that she loves being a mom even though it gives her very little personal time; “I really haven’t taken that much time ‘off’ because there are always things to do. It’s been really nice to be able to focus my attention on Isaiah and our family. It’s been really good!”

Carrie will be returning to performing for the first time since Isaiah was born next week in Nashville. She’ll be performing on the Grand Ole Opry on June 9th, on the CMA Music Awards June 10th and is also slated to take the LP Field stage at CMA Music Fest on June 13th. Carrie says, “I’m excited to get back onstage.”
