The Battle Rounds on season 12 of The Voice are over and that means Luke Bryan‘s time with his buddy Blake Shelton on the show has ended … how do you think they did together?
Blake and Luke served as co-hosts of the ACM Awards Show from 2013 to 2015. It was then that country music’s biggest bro-mance was born and the two superstars earned the endearing name “Bluke” as a duo.
After many seasons of trying to get Luke to join him on The Voice as a mentor for Team Blake, Blake finally succeeded this season. Luke helped the artists on Team Blake prepare for their performances in the Battle Rounds for season 12.
“Bluke” was back in typical form as the two friends gushed over each other for the cameras (and did it in their typical ornery and fun way) in the behind the scenes video from The Voice that you can watch at the top of the page.
I thought Luke did a great job on the show with Blake. Let us know what you thought of Luke and Blake together on The Voice on our Facebook page.
Blake will continue by himself with Team Blake during the Knockout Rounds on The Voice Season 12 starting Monday, April 3rd on NBC at 8/7 central.
Luke will again join Dierks Bentley as the co-hosts of the 52nd ACM Awards Show Sunday, April 2nd 8/7 central live on CBS.
