“A Bar Song (Tipsy)” by Shaboozey has broken Morgan Wallen’s record on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Shaboozey has been at the top spot on the chart for a total of 17 weeks as of this week with his song. That means “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” has broken the 16-week record Morgan Wallen set last year with his song “Last Night.”

“A Bar Song (Tipsy)” gives Shaboozey the longest run on the Hot 100 for a song with no accompanying acts according to Billboard.

The over-all record is held by “Old Town Road” by Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus. That song topped the chart for 19 weeks back in 2019. Shaboozey needs two more weeks at #1 to tie and three for the over-all record for the 66-year history of the chart.
