There are reports that country star Morgan Wallen is preparing to actually spend time in jail.

Morgan allegedly threw a chair off the rooftop of Eric Church’s bar back in April of this year. He is facing three felony charges as a result. Each charge could carry a sentence of one to two years in jail.

Last month Morgan’s court date was moved from August 15th to December 12th due to his “One Night At A Time Tour.”

Life & Style reports they have a source that says while the country star is out on his tour with a “brave face,” he fears that he will be heading to jail.

The source says that Morgan is being told that the best-case scenario is that he will get 30 to 60 days behind bars. The report is that prosecutors feel that no jail time will appear to be because of his celebrity status.

Another thing to consider is that with a felony conviction, it will make it hard for Morgan to get a visa to go on tour internationally.

We will have to wait and see how reliable this source actually is.
