Last night (5/8) was the second night of the Playoffs on season 23 of The Voice. The two artists from Team Kelly and Team Niall advancing to the Live Semi-Finals were revealed.

The five remaining artists on Kelly Clarkson and Niall Horan’s teams each performed. When those performances were complete, the two coaches had to pick just two to advance to next week’s Live Semi-Finals show.

Kelly went first to pick the two artists advancing on her team. D.Smooth was Kelly’s first pick. Holly Brand was her second pick. Check out their performances from last night below.

Niall then had to make his choices. He first decided on 15-year-old Riley Tate for the live shows. Niall then chose Gina miles from Paxton, IL as his second artist to go to the live shows. Watch both of their performances from last night’s Playoffs below.

The top eight artists for next week’s Live Semi-Finals show are: NOVIAS – Team Blake, Grace West – Team Blake, Sorela – Team Chance, Ray Uriel – Team Chance, D.Smooth – Team Kelly, Holly Brand – Team Kelly, Riley Tate – Team Niall and Gina Miles – Team Niall.

Carson Daly mentioned last night that next Monday’s Live Semi-Finals Show will have “Real Time Voting” and “Same Night results.”
