Brett Young used his four-night sold-out Hawaiian Tour to donate and raise money for children.
Brett’s first ever tour across the across the Aloha State included concert stops in Kahului, Lihue and twice in Honolulu. A dollar for every ticket sold was donated to HEARTS, a local organization that supports Hawaii Education of the Arts. The program provides an affordable, high-quality, year-round music, hula and theatre arts program that enhances character in young people beginning at birth and continuing past the high school level.
While in Hawaii, Brett also participated in the ACE Shootout benefiting Children’s Miracle Network, / the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
“My wife and I have always been in love with the islands. So, when we heard that local artists have been covering my songs and that we had a fan base over here … we thought it sounded like the perfect excuse to come spend time and give back to some of our favorite places,” said Brett Young. “I’m hoping to make this a regular thing. It was very special—for me, and my family.”
