Beer drinkers are loyal to the brands they love.
While many US consumers are making cutbacks on spending, a new Bump Williams Consulting survey claims beer drinkers are not holding off on buying what they want.
They are instead changing their buying habits.
Between October to December 2022, the average case price for beer leapt 7% to 8%.
Beer drinkers maintained their brand, but were more inclined to buy in smaller package sizes.
The study also shows that volume per occasion is being reduced.
