Blake Shelton sang A LOT on The Voice Season 22 Finale … However, did he win with one of his Team Blake artists?
All five finalists sang a duet with their respective coaches. That gave Blake three performances. He also performed with fellow country star making a special appearance on the show.
Bryce Leatherwood and Blake were the first finalist-coach performance. The two performed the fun #1 hit collaboration Blake had with his friend and fellow country music star Trace Adkins titled “Hillbilly Bone.”
Next Blake sang the iconic Alan Jackson hit song “Chasin’ That Neon Rainbow” with Brayden Lape.
Bodie chose to sing Blake’s #1 hit “God’s Country” with his coach.
Blake joined Kane Brown on stage to perform their collaboration titled “Different Man.”
Breland also appeared to sing his song “For What It’s Worth.”
There were a few other performances by artists from genres others than country as well. You can watch those at The Voice YouTube channel here.
Finally it was time to reveal who the winner was. Brayden Lape (Team Blake) was announced as the artist in fifth place. Omar Jose Cardona (Team Legend) was then revealed as the fourth place artist.
With three artists remaining Carson Daly announced that the winner of The Voice Season 22 was Bryce Leatherwood from Team Blake! This marks Blake’s ninth win as a coach in 22 seasons on the show.
As of the writing of this blog it had not been revealed which places (2nd or 3rd) Bodie (Team Blake) and Morgan Myles (Team Camila) finished in. If it is revealed, this information will be added here.
UPDATE: The Voice revealed that Bodie placed second and Morgan placed third for season 22.
