Last night (11/22) was the Top 13 Live Elimination Show on season 22 of The Voice. Blake Shelton performed with his Team Blake artists. However, did they all advance to the Top 10?
Heading into the episode we knew that three artists from the Top 13 would be eliminated to create the Top 10. However, we had not been told HOW the eliminations would be structured. It turns out they have moved to the process of the artists with the most votes advance and the artists with the least votes have to perform for the “Instant Save.”
So, did Team Blake’s Bryce Leatherwood, Bodie, Rowan Grace and Brayden Lape advance to the Top 10? Yes, they all advanced based on America’s votes.
All three of John Legend’s remaining artists also advanced.
The four artists that were at the bottom of the voting were Camila Cabello’s Eric Who and Devix and Gwen Stefani’s Alyssa Witrado and Kique. You can watch their “Instant Save” performances at The Voice YouTube channel here.
Kique from Team Gwen won the “Instant Save.”
That means the teams are stacked this way in the Top 10: Team Blake – 4 artists; Team Legend – 3 artists; Team Gwen – 2 artists; Team Camila – 1 artist. You can see everything about the show at the official website of The Voice here.
We’ll have to see how the next round plays out next week.
The Voice Season 22 airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 7 p.m. central time (8 p.m. eastern time) on NBC and streaming the next day on Peacock.
