Can you imagine being mistaken as a child? Because that is what just happened to Simone Biles as she was boarding a recent flight on United Airlines. Yes she is only 4 foot 8 inches, but she is clearly an adult, so when the flight attendant offered her a coloring book as she boarded the plane, she had to share the details of the encounter.

She shared a selfie once she made her way to her seat with the caption, “not the flight attendant trying to give me a coloring book when I board…. I said ‘no I’m good I’m 25.’”

It should also be noted that she was flying from Washington, D.C., back to her home state of Texas after becoming the youngest person to be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

I’m glad to see she has a sense of humor about the situation, and I guarantee there will come a day when she truly appreciates being mistaken as younger than she actually is 😉
