Garth Brooks caused an earthquake during his concert at Louisiana State University’s Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge Saturday night (4/30)!
According to a post on Twitter, when Garth played “Callin’ Baton Rouge” around 9:30 p.m. a seismograph on the campus recorded the quake.
The song is an unofficial anthem for LSU Fans during football games in the stadium.
The concert was the second largest stadium concert in North American history with 102,321 fans in attendance. That’s enough feet to make the earth move I would think. If you were wondering, George Strait holds the record with 104,793 people attending his 2014 show at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Watch a video of the seismic song performance below before Garth’s people have it taken down from YouTube.
