While appearing at the ACM Awards on Monday evening (March 7th) Carrie Underwood talked to reporters about her upcoming musical plans.
“Obviously, we can’t spill too many beans right now, but my fans know what I mean when I say soon,” Carrie said. “Soon. They actually hate it when I use that word, because they’re like, ‘What does that mean?’ But it’s been busy, for sure.”
Adding more to the speculation, Carrie posted a picture of herself in a recording studio to social media Wednesday evening (March 9th). That picture (above) was accompanied with the message, “So, I did a thing…”
Carrie recently scored another number one as part of Jason Aldean’s single “If I Didn’t Love You.” Perhaps her statement to the press and social media post is leading to the announcement of a new single from Carrie and a new album on the way.
