Alright moms, Thomas Rhett’s wife Lauren needs your HELP! Lauren Akins is working on detangling a messy situation at home.
Thomas Rhett’s wife found herself in a pickle yesterday when she had a hair-combing mishap. You see, Lauren let her 2 oldest daughters, Willa and Ada, try to “make her look pretty” by curling her hair.
Totally relatable to most parents with kids. You are probably thinking “NO, Lauren, don’t do it! You will be sorry!”
You guessed it, she got the comb stuck in her hair and couldn’t get it out no matter what they did.
On instagram, Lauren revealed the major knot in her hair with the comb hanging off her head.
“I’ve gotten it from the first knot down to where it is now, but I’m stuck and I really don’t wanna cut my hair,” she continues. “So if any moms have any suggestions, let me hear them.”
Lauren was surprisingly calm throughout the ordeal, even when her friends brought out the box cutters!

Lauren shared the moment on Instagram with videos of her “entanglement,” with her mother-in-law and two friends, April and Elbia coming to the rescue.
In the end, Atkins only lost a little bit of hair in the process, she ended her ordeal with thanks to fans who suggested tips to help detangle her hair, “thanks for ALL of y’all’s ideas and encouragement, here’s the play by play just in case any of y’all find yourselves in the same predicament,” said Atkins.
