Eric Church moved to Nashville 20 years ago with a pawn shop guitar and now he has plans to open a 6-story bar!
Eric is joining the ever-growing list of country singers who have opened bars and entertainment venues in the heart of downtown Nashville. Eric has partnered with an investment group to open a 6-story honky-tonk called “Chief’s” on Nashville’s Lower Broadway. The new bar, which used to be Cotton Eyed Joe, will have a BBQ restaurant, several bars, and of course, a music venue.
Eric and his investors bought the building from John Rich for $24.5 million in October, and Eric plans to open “Chief’s” in 2023.
If you’re a fan of Eric you’ll love the fact that you can see all of his collection of Gold and Platinum success throughout the building.
Is Nashville your top choice for a weekend getaway?
