After having a baby girl in November, Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren are ready to press “pause” on the baby train.

“I think Lauren and I were really honest with each other and were like, ’Let’s take a pause for four or five years and kind of get the hang of what this is going to look like,’” says Rhett.

The couple have six-year-old Willa Gray, who they adopted from Uganda. Four-year-old Ada James, Lennon Love who is almost two and two-month-old Lillie Carolina.

The couple hasn’t totally taken having more kids off the table, Thomas says Willa talks about adoption, “all the time,” and he says it’s something they are looking to do again in four or five years.
