We can’t wait to see the new documentary about Randy Travis!
The Country music community gathered at the Country Music Hall of Fame to view his new documentary “More Life,” on Monday (December 13).
“More Life” does a deep dive into Randy’s life, it goes way beyond his career and achievements and shows how he fought to come back after his stroke in 2013.
The documentary actually started filming over a decade ago for a made for tv special that over the years developed into the documentary we will soon see. From the last footage of him singing his hits, including “Deeper Than the Holler,” “Diggin’ Up Bones” and “Three Wooden Crosses” to his debilitating stroke, the documentary is heartbreaking and inspirational at the same time.
News about the distribution of the documentary will be announced in the coming months.
Randy also just celebrated 35 years as a member of the Grand Ole Opry on Sunday night.
